PSA’s Unique Value Proposition… Mailing, Warehousing, and Shipping & Receiving Under One Roof
Mail automation and printing are manufacturing processes involving a variety of components and strategies for delivery. Many subscription fulfillment providers farm out this process to other vendors or locate the lettershop and printing facility away from the customer service department. This results in a lack of communication between customer service representatives and the lettershop, which can leave a huge margin for error.
PSA has our own in-house lettershop and warehouse located “right across the hall” from our customer service representative area, and right next to the fulfillment services and IT departments. There’s a consistent communication among the customer service representatives, fulfillment managers, the people handling personalization, and lettershop team. Our Director of Mail Operation, Keith Englert, is a 25+ year veteran in mailing, warehousing, and shipping and receiving. Keith and his support team consistently get high marks for accuracy and consistency.
PSA invites you to contact us to discuss your storage, mailing, and delivery needs!

About Our Area
About Williamsport
Williamsport was founded in 1795, the settlement supposedly named for William Russell, who had a boat landing on the river. It became a center for lumbering in the 1860s. In the late 1800s, a thriving lumber industry resulted in Williamsport having more millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the United States. A historical part of the city is known as Millionaires Row and the city high school sports teams are known as “The Millionaires.”
