What’s the quality of CSR’s at PSA? Will my subscribers get great service?
PSA is located in a college town in northcentral Pennsylvania, less than an hour’s drive from 8 colleges and universities (including Penn State and Bucknell). Our workforce is highly educated, highly motivated, articulate and pleasant. There is no better work force in the world. In-house vs. Outsource

Will I lose touch with my market by outsourcing publication fulfillment to PSA?
No. With PSA, you maintain total control over your fulfillment services operation. How? PSA hires a staff of CSR’s to work ONLY on your account. You will know your CSR team personally, and can call them at any time to find out mail volume, reaction to price or product changes, etc. Our CSR’s fill out customer comment sheets and send them to you regularly. This allows you to follow trends and contact customers yourself whenever you want to discuss ideas and issues.

Will my cash flow slow down if PSA handles my batching and caging?
Actually, it will probably speed up. PSA guarantees 0 backlog 98% of the time. The only time you may have a one day backlog is one or two days during the year during the heaviest mailing periods. All mail and email is processed everyday, all web orders are imported and all money is deposited in the bank each day.

How can I keep an eye on my subscription file?
Easily. PSA offers remote access to your subscription file so that you have access to all marketing reports and accounting reports each business day. You can track orders entered by type, by day, the amount of money deposited... virtually anything to do with your file.

Technology Support

Technology support is a big issue for us. Can we get web connectivity and marketing support when we need it?
We know that publishers need to set up landing pages on a dime, blast subscribers with email and voice communications when the market indicates an opportunity. We know the value first hand of tracking responses hourly and accurately.

Our technology team is made up of seasoned circulation database management professionals who are tasked with continually researching the latest and most productive methods for marketing and serving subscribers. File Conversion

What is involved in a conversion? How can I be sure my file will transfer accurately?
Completing a successful subscriber file conversion involves several key factors. The first is documenting the details of all file fields, fulfillment processes and required output. This involves meetings between you and our PSA conversion team. Second, a conversion timeline is created and followed to ensure all tasks are completed when required. Third, the group prepares clear targets and reports that indicate a successful file conversion. To complete the process, your client team is trained to follow your customized procedures and policy manual. Many clients often visit PSA for the first week and hold training sessions about their product line and company missions. This ensures that your PSA team is best prepared to represent your company and accomplish your requirements accurately.

Location

What if I just want to see my mail and touch my money. Is PSA hard to get to?
Not at all. PSA is about a 3 hour drive from Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City. Many of our clients pop up for a day, and are back home by 7 or 8 p.m. PSA on the map...

Cost

Is PSA expensive?
No. Because of our location in rural Eastern central Pennsylvania, operating costs are lower and keep us competitive. There is virtually no turnover, no constant retraining and if we make a mistake (rare, but we are all human) we pay for it. You buy an experienced team for a fraction of the cost.
