Lists and Database Manager
Ken served as a Data Processing Manager for Grit Publishing Company, designing and maintaining in-house fulfillment software. While at Grit, he developed highly effective Merge/Purge software as well as postal presort software which included palletizing of standard and periodical classes of mail. Later, while working for Webb Communications, he developed an in-house IT department from the ground up, specifying and installing hardware and software, hiring and training staff and customizing postal software to specific USPS transportation requirements. Ken then became an expert in postal regulations and acquired many contacts throughout the postal system. While at PSA, he has developed similar functionality in customized fulfillment systems, postal presort and merge/purges. Ken works extensively with client databases and mailing lists, interfacing between the clients and their suppliers. He regularly works closely with postal officials and attends postal forums to stay on top of the new regulations and takes advantage of postal discounts. All of our clients consider Ken as their "go-to guy" when it comes to lists, postage and many production tasks.
