Director of Customer Service
Joanne brings PSA 31 years of experience in management and customer service, having worked 28 years for The Liberty Mutual Group prior to coming to PSA in December 2006. During her time at LMG she developed service standards, client file conversion and storage process development, personnel recognition and staff development programs and was able to continually increase productivity and accuracy in her divisions. Since joining PSA, Joanne has implemented many of the same programs and lead the CSR team to achieve a zero backlog 99% of the time and acheives an accuracy rate of 98%. Her philosophy includes constant cross training and development of the staff. Our clients continually remark about the helpful, professional representatives she leads every day!
