Sales Support and Telemarketing Manager
Frank brings over 20 years of sales and management experience to PSA. While a sales manager at Utz Quality Foods, he was instrumental in securing and growing business in new service areas, hiring and training staff as business was added. Later, while serving as inside sales manager for Softmart Commercial Services, he led a successful team of sales reps, and also developed a training program and standard of performance which greatly reduced both ramp-up time for new reps and employee turnover. Frank’s philosophy includes ongoing training and assessment to insure flexibility to adapt to clients’ needs.
